A Good Friend
My long-time friend, Enjil is visiting, so of course we went up to the lot for an inspection. So good to see her... we have got a lot of great history and memories together here on St. John.

The trackhoe arrived to back-fill the main house. We now have a back yard! There is even room to drive up to the back. This is going to be helpful in pouring the main slab (scheduled for December 20th). We're debating as to wether we should add another little drive up and around the back of the main house... sure would be convenient and give some addtional parking. While the trackhoe was here Jose did a bit of grading on the cottage driveway.

Time for an Inspection!
In keeping with our previous building “Champagne Inspection" tradition and in the spirt of the holidays, it seemed like a good time to have an inspection. It was great to see everyone, thank you all for coming! Just one snafu, I was so busy pouring (and drinking) champagne I did not take any photos :( Luckily, Diane sent me a few that she took... thank you Diane! I'm sorry to be missing photos of lots of people... Steve, Geri, Julia, Mark, Mike, Bob and Karye to name a few. I will be sure to have my camera ready next time.
